The Stars midfield put in two huge performances to upset the Reds and take their place in next month’s final. Jordyn Hyde and CJ Tan both added around 200 points to their season average to put up scores that Diana Grigoreva and Jiachen Tang would have struggled to match, but in the end they didn’t show this month. As expected, the Reds tail cleaned up against the Stars tail, but the top 4 would pose problems for the Stream if they can do this again.
The other semi final was not as close, as only two Titans showed up. Tiit Vunk and Frank Wang both won their matches well, but the rest of the Stream posted solid scores that would likely have defeated any Titans who did show up.
